Ministry of Hajj K.S.A, has instructed Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan (MORA), to reduce existing number of HGO’s for Hajj operation-2024.

The Hajj Group Association of Pakistan (HOAP) put up a proposal of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)/Munazzam Company (MNC) in respect thereof, which was approved by MORA after onward submission/vetted by SECP/CCP & other members of Hajj Policy Formulation Committee. 

To fullfill the legal & procedural formalities in respect thereof, the existing Quota holder HGOs have formed Group/Clusters, who will associate a Munazzam Company and will handle their dealings with KSA authorities.

The member HGOs are the share holders of the Munazzam Company and the Quota of each HGO has been collectively formed the quota of Munazzam Company.

MORA has allocated the quota to the Munazzam Company, along with bifurcation of its members HGOs Quota, to protect the right/interest of each HGO and to monitor individual HGO of the Munazzam Company.

 M/S.Al Aleem Munazzam (Private) Limited, a Munazzam Company (MNC), duly registered with SECP as a Private Limited Company for the purpose of Munazzam and Management of Pilgrims Affairs during Hajj Operation-2024.
